Caitlin Cardozo Egleson, Esq.

Partner (She/Her/Hers)

Caitlin heads the firm’s family law practice.

She assists clients in a range of family law matters including divorce, child custody and support, pre-nuptial agreements, and LGBTQ specific legal issues such as Second Parent Adoptions, name and gender marker changes, and donor agreements. While experienced in Courtroom advocacy, Caitlin recognizes that these matters are often personal, difficult, and complex. Rather than fighting for fight’s sake, Caitlin strives to work with clients and other counsel to come to a reasonable resolution, and has helped countless clients achieve settlement through skilled negotiation.

Caitlin is on the Children and Family Law panel of the Committee for Public Counsel Services, through which she is appointed by the Court to represent families in child welfare litigation and is a member of the MA Alliance for DCF-impacted LGBTQ Youth. She also works with Journey to Safety, providing low bono legal services to survivors through the Jewish Family & Children’s Service.

Caitlin is a graduate of Smith College and Northeastern University School of Law and is licensed to practice in Massachusetts.

A former actress, Caitlin enjoys watching films and live theater, and dancing around the house with her family.
